Signs You May Need Emergency Dental Care

- Severe Pain – this is a sign of infection that may require antibiotics as well as pain relief medication

- Accident – an injury to your mouth/jaw should be seen immediately

- Cracked or Chipped Tooth - it may not seem serious, but ignoring a small crack or chip in your tooth can create larger dental issues

- Lost Tooth – assuming it was a permanent tooth, there’s a possibility the tooth could be saved if seen in time.

- Excessive bleeding - this may be due to gum disease, an accident or any number of other causes

- Pus or Infection – this type of infection could actually spread if ignored

I have some pretty extreme dental anxiety and have been putting off doing to the dentist for several years. I finally chose Bloomington Smiles after reading all the great reviews from people like me, and they did not disappoint! I did have a decent amount of dental work that needed to be done, but Dr. Gardner was fantastic at explaining everything that needed to be done and why. They didn’t make me feel guilty for the state of my teeth and helped me focus on the future instead! Also, you can’t even tell I’ve had any work done, even on a front tooth. Special thanks to Dr. Gardner and Twyla who made me feel comfortable and even made me look forward to coming back! Highly recommend this place, especially if you have dental anxiety.

I've been a client for a few years now, there was no saving my teeth. Being a procrastinator I held on to the bitter end, even though it was worthless to. With the encouragement and support of the Doctors n staff I had all top teeth removed and am now wearing my new denture. I cried when I saw how perfect they look!
